Skewers with sausage and bacon

Ingredients

  • smoked bacon from the barrel JBB
  • Silesian sausage spec JBB
  • Mushrooms
  • Colorful bell peppers
  • Red onion

For the marinade:

  • 7 tablespoons of olive oil or cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of BBQ seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon of granulated garlic

Preparation

  1. Mix the marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Cut the bacon and sausage into smaller slices and briefly soak them in the marinade.
  3. Slice the onion into rings.
  4. Cut the colorful bell peppers into smaller pieces.
  5. Thread all the ingredients onto grill skewers in any order.
  6. Grill until the vegetables are tender.
