Burgers with Sausage

Ingredients

  • 2 white grill sausages JBB Bałdyga
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Yellow bell pepper
  • Red bell pepper
  • Small pack of natural yogurt
  • Bunch of dill
  • Grill seasoning
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Cut the sausage into slices about 0.5 cm thick. Sprinkle with grill seasoning.
  2. Grill on both sides until the sausage is nicely browned.
  3. Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds, and cut into smaller pieces. Grill lightly.
  4. Mix the yogurt with chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Slice the buns in half and toast until golden brown.
  6. On the bottom half of each bun, place the grilled peppers and sausage. Drizzle with the yogurt sauce and cover with the top halves of the buns.
