Ingredients

  • Biebrzówka Ham (Masarnia u Józefa)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon natural yogurt
  • Chives
  • Arugula
  • Capers
  • Black olive
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation

  1. First, hard-boil the eggs, then cut them in half, remove the yolks, and blend them.
  2. Dice the ham and add it to the yolks, then mix in a tablespoon of yogurt, season to taste, and combine well.
  3. Fill the egg halves with the prepared paste.
  4. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on top and decorate to create a bunny. Cut the eyes from black olives, the ears from ham, make the nose from a caper, and use chives for the whiskers.
  5. You can serve the eggs on a bed of arugula or lettuce.
