Ingredients

  • Hommade blackpudding JBB
  • 300 g sauerkraut
  • 2 onions
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

Preparation

  1. Cook the sauerkraut until tender.
  2. Slice the onion into thin strips and sauté in oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the cooked sauerkraut, sautéed onion, and blackpudding on aluminum foil.
  4. Wrap the foil tightly and grill until the blood sausage is tender.
