§1. General Provisions

  1. This regulation (hereinafter: the “Regulation”) sets forth the rules for using the website available at https://jbb.pl (hereinafter: the “Website”).
  2. The owner and administrator of the Website is JBB Bałdyga sp. z o.o. sp.k. (hereinafter: the “Administrator”).
  3. By using the Website, the user accepts the provisions of this Regulation.

§2. Rules of Use of the Website

  1. The Website is informational and promotional in nature. The Administrator reserves the right to modify the content published on the Website at any time.
  2. Users are obligated to use the Website in compliance with the law, good manners, and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of third parties.
  3. It is prohibited to undertake any actions that may disrupt the proper functioning of the Website, including the submission of unlawful content.

§3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

  1. All content posted on the Website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, and multimedia materials, is protected by copyright and is the property of the Administrator or third parties from whom appropriate permissions have been obtained.

§6. Final Provisions

  1. The Administrator reserves the right to change the Regulation at any time. Changes come into effect upon the publication of the new version of the Regulation on the Website.
  2. In matters not regulated by this Regulation, the provisions of applicable Polish law shall apply.
  3. The Regulation is effective as of its publication on the Website.
